Jaymak is a company that provides services to the food & beverage industry including risk minimisation and contamination control for various specialised equipment. Back in 1998 the business was a concept, offering trial treatments to hotel owners and club managers. The cleaning programs implemented and hygienic standards achieved in a Food Service Business are often inconsistent or even neglected by management and staff due to them being “back of house” and time consuming. These areas have critical OH&S, HACCP and food safety requirements that businesses are legally required to adhere to. The company founders saw a niche market in providing a quality ongoing preventative maintenance hygiene service for food service businesses.
Now with an internationally recognized certification ISO 22000 – Food Safety Management System, Jaymak is gaining global interest from multi-national food manufacturers, processors and distributors. Jaymak is setting the benchmark in professional preventative hygiene maintenance systems and services for refrigerated food and beverage areas.

Our mission is to improve the health standards of an establishment and subsequently the health of individuals. This is achieved by developing and implementing the highest quality programs for cleaning and maintaining hygienic conditions through controlling microbial contamination in various equipments commonly used in food preparation and food catering. We provide a Certificate Program to enable our customers to benefit from a company that provides a total service. This service encompasses inspection, reporting of problematic areas within the food service business including viral, microbial and bacterial contamination, then providing the actual clean up and control program, through to a final report and the ongoing monitoring and preventative maintenance.
