TERMS AND CONDITIONS

• Information on ‘how to enter’ and prize form part of conditions of entry.  Entry into this competition deems acceptance of these terms and conditions.

• Entry is open to all current and new Jaymak customers.  Employees and Franchisees of the Promoter and their immediate families and agencies associated with this promotion are ineligible to enter. 

• Competition commences 3 May 2010.

• Entry is available to all current customers of Jaymak who have provided referrals from 1 December 2009 to 23:59 30 September 2010 or have engaged and fully paid for an add-on service from 3 May 2010 to 23:59 30 September 2010. 

• Entry is available to all new Jaymak customers who provide a referral or engage in a fully paid add-on service from 3 May 2010 to 23:59 30 September 2010. 

• Entry is subject to payment being fully received for add-on service or a referral resulting in a new Jaymak customer by 23:59 30 September 2010.

• Entries received via the Jaymak Customer Feedback Form or the Jaymak website www.jaymak.com.au.

• The winner will be notified by mail and their name and company published on the website.  The winner will be drawn at the Promoter’s premises, 242 Grenfell Street, Adelaide, SA, 5000 on Tuesday, 5 October 2010 at 11.00 am AEST.

• The prize will be delivered by the local Jaymak franchisee within 4 weeks of 30 September 2010.

• If the Promoter is unable to contact the winner to claim fulfilment of the promotional prize or if the winner is unable to attend any element of the prize, that winner will forfeit the prize in its entirety and it shall be awarded to the next runner up in the promotion.  Runner up will be drawn at the Promoter’s premises at 242 Grenfell Street, Adelaide, SA, 5000 onWednesday 5 January 2011 at 11.00 am AEST. The Promoter will not be liable for a winner who cannot be contacted and therefore forfeits their prize and no correspondence will be entered into.

• The promoter’s decision in relation to all aspects of this promotion are final and binding on all who enter.  No correspondence will be entered into.  The Promoter reserves the right in its complete discretion to substitute prize with another product of its choice to the same value, if it deems necessary.

• Prize is not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be taken as cash (except for the cash component of prize). 

• Prize winner is advised that tax implications may arise from their prize winnings and they should seek independent financial advice prior to acceptance of that prize.

• The Promoter and their associated agencies and companies shall not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss) sustained in connection with this offer except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law.

• Entry to this promotion cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer.
