Mark begun in the hospitality industry with a small sales and distribution business, and it was through this that he realised the need for a specialist cleaning and equipment hygiene service. With a sound business background and comprehensive understanding of contamination control and coolroom cleaning, he has revolutionised the way in which refrigerated food and beverage cleaning systems are implemented and conducted.
Holding a degree in Planning and Design and certificate in Small Business Management, Mark has extensive knowledge in the food safety industry and has lectured in Food Safety and HACCP principles, as well as presented at various conferences, TAFEs and universities.

Peter is a qualified accountant with over 25 years of experience in Corporate Business management. 15 of those years were spent as the Managing Director of Australian Operations for a large, U.S based automotive distribution company that had an annual turnover in excess of 100 million dollars.
For 10 years, he owned and managed two successful distribution businesses in Sydney, increasing their turnover by more than 500% before joining Jaymak in 2000.
Peter graduated from Monash University with a Diploma of Business (Accounting) and a Graduate Diploma (Accounting & Finance).

Starting her career as a receptionist/administrator and working for several different companies involved in recruitment and serviced offices, Lisa’s previous duties have ranged from being the ‘face’ of the company to processing resumes, interviewing candidates, database management and general office duties.
Lisa’s role with Jaymak entails all administration of OH&S, Food Safety and Risk Management for all franchisees, accounts and MYOB administration and overseeing the administrative integrity of both Jaymak Australia and all franchisees.

Alana joined the Hygiene Services Group in February 2011 and is responsible for overseeing the sales, marketing and organisational development strategies for Jaymak. Alana gained significant business and personal experience being based in London for two years and brings a fresh, innovative perspective to Jaymak.
Alana has worked in education, industrial wholesale and retail service sectors, with major strengths in strategic marketing, sales and administration.
Alana has completed a Bachelor of Business Double Degree in Marketing and Management at the University of South Australia.
Position : Marketing and Design Assistant
Responsibilities : To assist in the development of marketing strategies and sales promotions for the company.
To develop and produce marketing aids and internal and external newsletters.
To manage a team of franchisees, including assistance in developing their marketing strategies and providing sales support and advice.

Nikolas started with the Jaymak team in May 2011 and is involved with the creative design and implementation of new and current marketing ideas and promotional material.
Nikolas has gained a great deal of his design and marketing experience by working as a freelance graphic designer for his own company Outlife Design. He spent eight years developing the business and worked with many different clients from all around the world, particularly in Los Angeles and London.
Nikolas has completed a Certificate IV Multimedia Design at Thebarton Senior College in 2001 and a Certificate II in Multimedia at Douglas Mawson Institute of Tafe in 2000.
